To preserve your clothes, please following carefully the washing care instructions:
- Machine wash cold only.
- No bleach, use mild detergent.
- Tumble dry on low settings or hang to dry.
- Do not dry clean.

Suggested to turn inside out to wash.

RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days after your order is shipped to request an exchange or return for store credit, and 14 days after your order is shipped to request a refund to your original payment method. A $5 restocking and handling fee may apply to all refund requests.
Returns and exchanges can be requested via our returns portal. Once we have processed your request, you will receive the return shipping label in your e-mail.

Custom products such as pre-orders, special orders or personalized items are also not eligible for returns or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and on its original packaging. You will also need the order confirmation number to request the return.

To request a pre-order, select your favorite outfit and put a pre-order. We will be in contact with you to confirm the pre-order and give more information about the expected delivery time.

Note: some colours may not be available by the time we request. In that case, we will offer substitute options for you to choose or receive a refund.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive the tracking number via email. 

For custom or pre-orders, the estimated time for your item to be fulfilled is 30 days, since each item is handcrafted for you.

For orders across Canada, shipping time from fulfillment date is up to 5 business days. US and overseas usually takes up to 10 business days.

For purchases over $120, we offer free delivery.

Our garments are designed in Canada and made by hand in small batches by female artisans in Canada and Brazil.

We proudly support these artisans who are also mothers, caregivers, and economic providers of their households.
