Most of our items are oversized, so depending on how fit you prefer your look, you may choose between a smaller size for a tighter fit or larger size for a looser fit.

Our standard sizes are:

• Extra Small (fits 0 to 2)
• Small (fits 2 to 6)
• Medium (fits 6 to 10)
• Large (fits 12 to 14)
• Extra Large (fits 16 to 18)

If for some reason your piece doesn't work, you can contact us directly and we can either exchange it, issue a return or make you something custom.

Definitely! Dress Cozy is an inclusive brand, so if you want a Dress Cozy outfit in a different colour or size, let us know.

We can produce a specific garment that fits your needs. To request a custom order, please contact us via email or instagram.

Definitely. We are constantly producing and can include you in our next import batch.

To request a pre-order, select your favorite outfit and put a pre-order. We will be in contact with you to confirm the pre-order and give more information about the expected delivery time.

Note: some colours may not be available by the time we request. In that case, we will offer substitute options for you to choose or receive a refund.

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days after your order is shipped to request an exchange or return for store credit, and 14 days after your order is shipped to request a refund to your original payment method. A $5 restocking and handling fee may apply to all refund requests.

Returns and exchanges can be requested via our returns portal. Once we have processed your request, you will receive the return shipping label in your e-mail.

Conditions

Any item on sale are final are not eligible for a return or exchange; once its yours, its yours. Custom products such as pre-orders, special orders or personalized items are also not eligible for returns or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and on its original packaging.

You will also need the order confirmation number to request the return.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive the tracking number via email. 

For orders across Canada, you order is delivered in up to 5 business days. US and overseas usually takes up to 10 business days.
