RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days after your order is shipped to request an exchange or return for store credit. Refunds and exchanges are only applicable on defect products. 
Since all garments are produced once an order is placed, it is not possible to return or exchange products because client wants to change colour or size. If you are unsure about the appropriate colour or size, you can contact our team for support when you purchase your item.

Returns and exchanges can be requested via our returns portal. Once we have processed your request, you will receive the return shipping label in your e-mail.

Conditions
Any item on sale is final are not eligible for a return or exchange; once it's yours, it's yours.

Custom products such as pre-orders, special orders or personalized items are also not eligible for returns or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and on its original packaging. You will also need the order confirmation number to request the return.
