RETURN POLICY
Any accessory has a policy of 7 days after your order is shipped to request an exchange or return for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
A $5 restocking and handling fee may apply to all refund requests.
Returns and exchanges can be requested via our returns portal. Once we have processed your request, you will receive the return shipping label in your e-mail.

Conditions
Any item on sale is final are not eligible for a return or exchange; once it's yours, it's yours.
Custom products such as pre-orders, special orders or personalized items are also not eligible for returns or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and on its original packaging. You will also need the order confirmation number to request the return.
