RETURN POLICY
You have 7 days after your order is shipped to request an exchange or return for store credit for accessories.
Returns and exchanges can be requested via our returns portal. Once we have processed your request, you will receive the return shipping label in your e-mail.

Conditions
Any item on sale are final are not eligible for a return or exchange; once its yours, its yours. Custom products such as pre-orders, special orders or personalized items are also not eligible for returns or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and on its original packaging.
You will also need the order confirmation number to request the return.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive the tracking number via email.
For orders across Canada, you order is delivered in up to 5 business days. US and overseas usually takes up to 10 business days.
For purchases over $99, we offer free delivery.
All of our accessories are locally sourced in Brazil. Our items are made by hand in small, female owned and operated workshops.
We proudly support these artisans who are also mothers, caregivers, and economic providers of their households.
